Meet the All-Care Team – Supervisors

Our team is our most important asset, we ensure that each member of our team understands the values of All-Care and is able to provide the best service possible.

Louise Wall, Care Supervisor

QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care

I have worked for All Care first as a Care worker and for then as a Care Supervisor. I find this position both challenging and rewarding. No two days are ever the same. My main interest when I’m not working is spending time with my grandchildren.

Annette Howells – Care supervisor

I recently completed my QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care, my
qualifications show that I have a lot of theory to back up my
professional practice. However, my QCF has meant that my practice has
been observed and assessed which I personally feel is more important
when working in the community. My advice would be if the company you
work for is supportive in helping you to gain qualifications take the
chance and apply yourself, especially if offered a QCF qualification, as
there are no exams! It’s simply a case of bringing together your
practical skills and knowledge while learning about the theory which
supports the former. I work with some amazing people. Both my managers
and the team of carers I work with are very supportive or at least they
put up with me on a daily basis.
