Wendy Harvey, Care Manager

QCF Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services

Employed at All Care since 2007, I find the role a challenging one with no two days the same. I also enjoy providing care and support at the front line and take pleasure in being part of a effective team who make a difference to people’s lives. I am also responsible for organising all and providing some of the staff training at All Care, for many people I’m the first “mentor” they have as I deliver the Induction programme. When I’m not on duty I regularly attend Salsa, the gym and I love spending time with my family.


Jane Davies, Care Manager

QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services

I joined All Care in 2006 when they took over my previous employment from another care company. I have worked in care since 2000. I started firstly as a care worker, then became a supervisor and I am currently working as a deputy manager. I have always been passionate about care. I love making a difference. I enjoy providing care to both the elderly and young person, using a person centred approach. I love my job. I find the job demanding on times, challenging at other times yet exceedingly rewarding.   In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog along the coastal paths. In my time off I enjoy camping around the Welsh coast. I enjoy supporting my partner in the rock band that he plays in. I am also a very proud grandmother.
