The Community exists to:

  • Amplify the voices and experiences of careworkers.

  • Promote dignity, fairness, and respect within the social care sector.

  • Provide a safe platform for sharing good practice, peer support, and professional development.

  • Identify, challenge, and address poor employment practices affecting careworkers.

  • Advocate for ethical recruitment, fair working conditions, and equal opportunities.

  • Build unity across the care workforce and strengthen community connections.
