All Care is proud to support Sol and the Welsh Team
Sol belongs to both Rhoose Lifeguards and Bridgend Swim Squad which he trains with and competes for.
He made it into the welsh squad last year for surf lifesaving and competed in Belgium and the Celtic cup for Wales.
For Rhoose Lifeguards he competes both in the pool and beach. In the beach he competes in all sea events which includes ski, swim, board and his favourite which is oceanman - which includes all 3 disciplines.

11/08/2026 Busy few days at the Welsh Champs on Whitesands Beach in St David's. Beautiful location. Sol raced solidly for 2 days. Not an easy season for Sol, lots of issues to contend with, he even had an injury last weekend where he dislocated his thumb which is still very painful and swollen but still managed to race but definitely ice and chill for a bit this week.
He is chuffed though to come away with 9 golds, 1 bronze and 1 silver. Also the Rhoose lifeguard youth team came 1st overall and the whole team came 2nd which is a fabulous achievement. The youth team last won 16 years ago!
30/03/2026 - BRITISH CHAMP! What a weekend at the GB champs. Sol absolutely smashed it and came away with plenty of medals and PBs. 3 golds, 2 silvers and 2 bronze!
