Our Regulation and Quality Assurance

We are a regulated care provider registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), the independent regulator of social care services in Wales. CIW monitors our service to ensure we meet the requirements of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 and associated regulations. Our inspection reports are publicly available and provide independent information about the quality, safety and effectiveness of the care and support we deliver. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, continuous improvement and transparency, including publishing our Annual Return in accordance with Welsh Government requirements.
